Dear all,
As you know, for more than 2 years the bill no. 912 (adopted by Senate) for stray animals management, by neutering, is blocked at the Committee of public administration, planning and environmental balance of the Chamber of Deputies.

Few days ago the prefect of Bucharest has tabled a bill (at the same committee where our bill is) by what the dogs to be euthanasied and, moreover, the people who feed the dogs in the street to be amended.

The animal lovers are really desperate.
This subject has monopolized mass media.

If we manage in a good way what is happening probably this could be a good moment when to make more to persuade the deputies to vote our bill Neuter&Return.

If not, the situation will be against the animals.

Please, help us by:

1. sending protest letters (it is enough a good Subject line and just phrase where to be clear relived the solution is mass neutering and as well the fact the euthanasy is contrary the European law; don’t spend your time to send long letters because they will only read some and the rest will be deleted; it is important the number of emails received) to:
